You'll answer 5 questions
The first question is about you and your interest in a leadership role
The next three questions focus on real leadership situations you’ve handled (staffing, priorities, training, inventory, operations, etc.)
The final question asks about your most recent position
You'll have 2 minutes to respond to each question
You can re-record your answer as many times as you want.

Tips for a Great Video Interview

Find a quiet spot: Choose somewhere with good lighting and minimal background noise. We want to hear you clearly!
Be yourself: There are no trick questions. We just want to get to know the real you.
Share real SPECIFIC EXAMPLES: When we ask about a time something happened, think of an actual situation from your life. Walk us through: What was happening, what you did, and how it turned out.
Details matter: The more specific you are, the better we can understand your experience. It's okay if the situation didn't turn out perfectly. We want to hear what you actually did.
Take a moment to think: It's okay to pause and collect your thoughts before answering. A thoughtful answer is better than a rushed one.

Leadership looks different in every role. We’re interested in how you think, communicate, and lead others and that can come from many places:

Managing or supervising a team
Training or coaching others
Leading shifts or projects
Handling scheduling, inventory, or priorities
Taking ownership during busy or challenging situations

What matters is that you share real examples and tell us what YOU did in those situations.
