Share real SPECIFIC EXAMPLES: When we ask about a time something happened, think of an actual situation from your life. Walk us through: What was happening, what you did, and how it turned out.
Details matter: The more specific you are, the better we can understand your experience. It's okay if the situation didn't turn out perfectly. We want to hear what you actually did.
Take a moment to think: It's okay to pause and collect your thoughts before answering. A thoughtful answer is better than a rushed one.
